Does anyone recall that quote from Lenin in which he says that it would be worth it to kill nine innocent people in order to get to the tenth person who is not innocent? It was a rather telling quote...

I couldn't find the quote much less an attribution for it. It does however sound like something he would say or perhaps Geneghis Khan or Vlad the Impaler. Here are some close ones I found by Lenin. He's got some doozies for sure One man with a gun can control 100 without one. Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted A lie told often enough becomes truth "I am a bad, wicked man, but I am practicing moral self-purification; I don't eat meat any more, I now eat rice cutlets."
It is true that liberty is precious; so precious that it must be carefully rationed. The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation

Was it this quote? Put more force into the terror . . . shoot every tenth person, place all the suspects in concentration camps! - Lenin Or perhaps you were thinking of this: It is better to kill one hundred innocents than to let one guilty person go. Dolores Ibarruri ("La Pasionaria"), Spanish Communist[ ibid., p. 343]

STORMFRONT is out there huh? I had never heard of it until you guys mentioned it. I would probably be better off if I had never heard of it. The scary part is that there are people that actually believe the vileness the White Power types spew. They are no better than the Black Panthers.

Hadn't heard of it either; just what we need some more folks stirring up stuff that should have settled itself out years ago. That far to either side of a question is messed up.

This is a russian joke during communism:
Lenin and his wife Nadejna Kroupskaļa are in bed; Lenin: "Nadia, please, one more time -No, no, let me sleep, I'm tired - Come on Nadiouchka, please, a little one... - Well, ok but turn off the light
In the darkness, they intone "Arise, you prisoners of starvation! Arise, you wretched of the earth!..."
Some other jokes deal with Lenin's violence.
Have you heard about american or british jokes on communism or USSR?
