Phidippides is the administrator of Western Civ Forum, as well as other history- and art-related sites. In addition to history, he enjoys sports, technology, politics, culture - pretty much the whole schebang. Once, while on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean, he was thrown off a galloping horse that stepped into a hole, tripped, and fell over. Fortunately, he was ok. Phidippides was ok as well.
