Well, for those of you still around (if any), this forum has basically died a slow death. Rather than take it offline completely (I’ve paid for the domain until around September, after all), I’m going to convert it into a blog so that it can be a vehicle for my personal musings on history or life in general. I’m not sure exactly how it will work, but I think the forum will continue to exist in some form, but more as a back end to the blog posts. You’ll see what I mean soon enough if you don’t understand.I value the posts that have been made here over the years and want to preserve the knowledge that’s been presented, so that is my biggest concern. At the same time, a forum can’t continue to exist if it’s not expanding….and for whatever reason, this forum hasn’t expanded consistently over the course of its life.Thank you to all who have contributed over the years.
