Is there any possibility of posting images about the codes/objects in question?  I would be very interested in seeing what you have…I'm sure others would be interested as well.  And there may be a forum member here who lives near you in Ohio who could assist you (though I don't know anyone off hand who lives there).

You think this is the only place I've searched for help? lol. NOT.I've checked with Universities and Historians. I've checked!Do I tell them anything or everything-NO. Do I try to entice them even? Yes. AND no matter how I approach this…sneaky or honest…the results are the same.I'm either nuts or I'm either nuts.I didn't ASK for this!

Alright, if you need help, contact Dr. Wayne Lee at the University of North Carolina History Department.  He will more than likely know who can help you in the Ohio area as he does archaeological work in Greece each year.  I don't have any contacts in Ohio, so this is all I can do for you.

I'm not sure how exactly what the relevance of this painting is to this thread.

You were no burden.  I'm sorry that we were unable to help you more; I'm guessing that most or all of us here don't have access to the type of equipment that you were looking for.  Still, I would be interested in hearing your updates as they come in.
