I just watched that and it was very interesting. Helping the poor of the world begins with sound economic policy, such as decreasing domestic subsidies which actually hurts poor foreigners. I know it may sound strange but by internally subsidizing crops we are effectively wasting hundreds of millions of dollars…perhaps even many billions. This could be used to enhance the wealth of poor countries to help them on a large scale.
